Natosha Back-Ledbetter, Senior Director Web, Video, and Graphic Design

Natosha graduated from the University of Georgia Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. While in school, she was a member of Sigma Lamda Alpha, a national honor society and was the recipient of many competitive scholarships, including the Wesley Thurmond Howell Scholarship and the Neel Reid Memorial Scholarship. She also participated in a number of internships, including Universal Orlando Resort Horticulture Internship and two internships with Kimley-Horn and Associates, a national engineering firm. Following graduation, Natosha began full time employment with Kimley-Horn in Sarasota, Florida, and gained valuable experience in project management in a corporate setting.  Among other projects, she was involved in two large master planning projects, and led many aspects of both projects, guiding teams of older associates in data analysis, content generation, and graphics. During that time she was also invited to attend a selective Land Development Internship in Orlando, Florida.

She (and her husband) relocated home to Georgia from Florida in 2009, and saw God open doors like never before.  Not long after returning home, Natosha volunteered to help EncounterAmerica with presentations and graphics.

Then, in God’s perfect timing, she began working with EncounterAmerica as a staff member in March of 2010.  Collaborating with EncounterAmerica’s founder, Natosha is responsible for all web, video, graphic design, and branding elements. In addition, Natosha is also busy maintaining the prayer system Help Desk.
